Modular solution
– inHome enables you to realize the standard of
modern living in several stages. The infrastructure:
cabling is the most important at first stage.
Everything else (central system, control and
regulation units, cameras, multimedia,...) can be
realized later in the course of further usage of the
house or flat depending on what options you will
have.

Central system – the heart of the
modern living is a central system with a simple and
intuitive control which operates the heating,
ventilation, air-condition, shadowing, water heating,
watering system, security devices, cameras, lighting,
operation of appliances, communication, distribution
of TV and video signals, radio and music, telephones
and the internet.

Infrastructure
– structured cabling is a key to the distribution of
video signal, audio signal, telephone, WiFi,
shadowing, overvoltage protection, connection to the
satellite and the Internet or backup maintenance.

Automation
– inHome operates the heating, fire places, air-conditioning,
ventilation, shadowing devices (blinds, roller and
terrace blinds, curtains ), warm water heating, pool
heating, fish tanks and lagoon according to the
current situation. Based on the outside temperature
it operates watering of the garden. It controls the
alarm system including the mechanical security
system (locks, blinds, shutter windows). Everything
is also possible to be controlled manually.

Operation
and control – inHome is controlled by
touchscreens with a unified and totally intuitive
user interface, starting with any television,
computer, notebook or mobile telephone. The chosen
functions (cameras, alarm system, temperature etc.)
are possible to be viewed through an Internet
application from any place and at any time. Voice
control is available for some functions as well.

Security –
Thanks to inHome you have constant overview how
secure your household is. It includes the alarm
system, fire detectors, camera system, infra-light
bolts etc. When leaving your house you activate the
alarm system in one touch, pull down the blinds,
switch off the lights and turn off the selected
sockets. inHome also simulates a household member´s
presence in case it is uninhabited by random
switching on the lights.

Heat engineering
– for effective heating (cooling) it is always
necessary to combine various sources of heat.
Moreover, the system has to be capable of a flexible
reaction to the activity of the members of the
household – opening the windows, a sudden demand
regarding the temperature in the room etc. Only the
combination of effective and optimal regulation of
alternative sources (solar panels, heat pump,
recuperation of air, barrier-layer photocell and
others) and appropriate conventional sources help to
reach the highest cost savings.

Lighting –
inHome connects all switches to the central system,
which sets their functional structure. Switches can
be also wireless and therefore placed on glass or a
mirror. Other switches can be added or the setting
of particular switches and the lights they control
can be changed. This enables the creation of
lighting scenes (watching TV, reading, dining,
having visitors, cleaning) and dimming. At any time
you are aware of where the lights are on and you can
turn any lights on or off from any place in the
house or flat.

Communication
– inHome interconnects individual rooms, garden, the
wicket and the gate with the help of intercom or
video telephone on the basis of the internal
computer network (VoIP). The connection into the
external telephone net and high-speed internet
connection
is a matter of course.

Entertainment
– inHome brings together family pictures, home
videos, DVDor Blue Ray films, musical albums,
recorded programs from the satellite or television
into one media centre. This media centre ensures the
distribution of sound and visual signals (HDTV) into
the selected rooms. Home cinema is controlled with
the same remote control as does the house. Should
you like to play a movie, inHome turns on the
amplifier, switches TV to DVD, plays the DVD disc,
ejects the screen and projector , pulls down the
blinds and if there is evening it turns on the light
scene, all at one touch.

non-stop maintenance and servicing of the realized
contracts. inHome offers remote access to the entire
system and the company provides solving of possible
problems directly on site.
